Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will work directly with the Property Manager at Swift, assisting in all aspects of the community and economic development programming and serving as the office manager, receptionist, lead marketer and administrative assistant. You will be the face of the campus at our reception desk, greeting tenants and visitors, answering phones, setting up and coordinating events, coordinating contractors and vendors for site maintenance, filing and bookkeeping for rent roll and operating expenses, and doing everything possible to empower and aid the success of the small businesses and entrepreneurs that occupy our campus.
Supervision & Reporting:
This position works closely with and reports directly to Swift’s Property Manager, supporting all of the above-mentioned responsibilities. Some weekends and on-call may be required, but generally, this position is on site Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Candidates must be able to report to the office daily, be able to sit or stand for long periods. Candidates must have adequate physical strength and stamina to lift, push and/or pull at least 20 lbs., must have visual and auditory acuity, and must maintain such physical fitness as to be able to perform the duties of this role. Must have a driver’s license and vehicle for local travel.
Benefits and Compensation:
North Hartford Partnership and Swift Factory offer competitive salaries, health insurance, benefits packages, and paid holidays. The salary for this position is $43,000 - $53,000.

This is a full-time position located at the Swift Factory in North Hartford, CT.
